BetterBooks currently does not:

• Handle payments
• Provide escrow services
• Guarantee deliveries
• Manage shipping logistics
• Interfere in negotiations between users

All transactions are carried out directly between buyers and sellers.

Users are responsible for:

• Verifying book condition
• Confirming payment methods
• Shipping arrangements
• Safety during meetups or exchanges

BetterBooks is not liable for:

• Failed transactions
• Non-delivery
• Damaged books
• Payment disputes
• Miscommunication between users

Buyers may submit requests for listings.

Submitting a request does not guarantee:

• Acceptance by the seller
• Reservation of the listing
• Completion of the transaction

Sellers have complete discretion to:

• Accept or reject requests
• Choose buyers
• Negotiate prices

Users may only list books and materials they legally own.

BetterBooks does not permit:

• Sale of pirated content
• Distribution of unauthorized copies

If you believe any listing violates intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately.

BetterBooks may review listings, videos, images, and user activity to maintain trust and safety on the platform.

However, BetterBooks does not guarantee:

• Authenticity of listings
• Accuracy of descriptions
• Quality of books
• User behavior

Users must exercise their own judgment before proceeding with any transaction.

BetterBooks is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterBooks shall not be liable for:
